Pie Baking Contest Info, Rules, and Registration — September 24, 2017


Mitzvah Circle Foundation is hosting a Pie Baking contest on September 24, 2017 during its 1st Annual Bake, Rattle, and Run event. All ages are welcome to compete, so whether you’re a lifelong baker or just starting out, enter your favorite recipe and see how it measures up against the competition!

Pies will be entered into other our Fruit or Other (Non-Fruit) category. First place in the adult category wins an engraved pie slicer and kitchen knives. First place in the student category wins a Target® gift card. Second place bakers will receive a commemorative ribbon. There is a $10 entry fee prior to September 24th. The on-site registration fee is $15.

  • Drop off pies by 10:00 AM at Mitzvah Circle 1561 Gehman Rd, Harleysville, PA 19438.
  • Prizes awarded at 12:00 PM. Must be present to win!

Entry Fee: $10 per category for pre-registration, $15 for on-site registration

Pie Categories: Fruit & other

Pies will be sold as slices at the concession stand. Your picture and recipe will be featured on our web site if your pie wins the category! Your recipe may be included in a recipe book in the fall.

When you bring your pies you will need the recipe and ingredient list please! Make sure your name and phone number is on the pie. And it is covered.
