At Mitzvah Circle we are in constant need of gift cards to be distributed to individuals and their families for the purchase of essential items. Gift cards for gasoline allow recipients to get to important medical appointments and job interviews. One gift card for the supermarket makes all of the difference in the world to a family that cannot afford groceries.

When a child needs a pair of shoes in order to attend school, or snow boots to keep warm in the winter, we are grateful to be able to provide this child’s parent with a gift card. This allows parents to have the natural and gratifying experience of selecting and purchasing shoes with their child — just like everyone else. The seemingly small gesture of providing a gift card helps keep the dignity of the family intact.
