Mitzvah Circle Foundation Care Packages

We support people during difficult times. One of our programs that makes a big difference is Care Packages for sick children.

Mitzvah Circle Foundation sends Care Packages to children who are struggling with serious illness. We do not send these packages only for Chanukah and Christmas, as many people might assume, but every month of the year.

When a child is experiencing the effects of chemotherapy or experimental treatments or has recently undergone major surgery, that child is uprooted from his or her home.

A care package filled with age appropriate new items serves as a welcome distraction from the harsh reality of the current situation. We always include a hand-written personal note sending strength and healing during this challenging time.

The letter and the little gifts in the care packages bring cheer, help fill dull hours and remind the child and family that they are supported by people who care.

It may take a small army to fight the battle waged by a serious illness and support the child and family during this process. At Mitzvah Circle Foundation we believe that no one need walk though a serious illness alone. We have the devoted volunteers and we are here to fight the battle with you—even if it is one Care Package at a time.

How can you help? Send us new toys, pajamas or slippers for children ages 5-18 or gift cards that will add to the joy of our Care Packages.
